Artificer Xy'mox Hero Concept

A fair while ago I had planned to create a custom hero concept for Heroes of the Storm. I'm not sure why, but my mind often drifted to Artificer Xy'mox, probably due to his heavy relevance throughout the Shadowlands expansion. Somewhere along this train of thought, I trailed off and never re-opened the project. That was, until today, when I decided to sit down and revisit my old thoughts and create something special with it. This entire project was done in Photoshop, with assets taken from Blizzard (such as the base Heroes of the Storm screens and the World of Warcraft icons, provided by Wowhead). I worked hard on this, taking the screens from existing champions (i used Qhira mostly) and removing her from the scene, before patching up and marks that were left and then removing the fonts, replacing them with my own, and creating my own icons to go with the abilities. This has been such a joy to come back to and makes me want to spend more time doing this in the future. I'm not much of an artist but I do love design!
